Lift Station Rebuild

This is a lift station rebuild we did this week. The old plumbing was corroded and causing the check valves to stick. Once we continued to trouble shoot the system it was discovered that the pumps had been wired incorrectly upon original installation. They worked, however the pumps had improper voltage feeding half of the pump’s motors. This was causing them to fail prematurely. Everything was replaced, replumbed, and rewired properly. A little knowledge and work go a long way to ensure the longevity of any mechanical system. This is why we do our own mechanical and electrical in house.
